Objectives:

• Initiative towards institutional development 
• To render services to promote livelihood and food security of the poor and marginalized women.
• To ensure primary education of the children including disabled and marginalized group
• To provide support for increasing household income through skill development
• To improve water and sanitation status by giving priority to the women
• To improve health and nutritional status with special emphasis to children and women
• To reponse disaster and conduct relief and rehabilitation activities.
• To take initiative to upheld women rights, including dalit, vunnerable women, ethnic monirities etc. 
• To crate awareness people on different social issues
• To work towards conservation of nature and environment
• COVID -19 prevention and awareness.
• To desiminate agriculture technology and water management.
• Water management establishing Agri-ASR ( Aquifer Storage and Recovery)
• Human rights.

Target group: Rural poor & hardcore poor women who own less than .50 ars of land, are the target group of the organization. Adolescent and children also constitute the target people.

Field of Activity: Institution building for women, awareness raising program on different issues, disaster management, relief & rehabilitation, Agri-ASR (Aquifer Storage and Recover) i.e rainwater recharge and lifting for providing fresh water for agriculture, violence against women and children, education, safe drinking water, VDG,  monthly allowance for lactating mothers, agricultural technology transfer  etc.
